Pause for a moment...
As humans living in a high pressure, fast paced world, we are caused more and more to move away from the natural, quiet, inner reflective states that allow us to feel and know the deeper, more profound aspects of being alive.
These states not only allow us to balance and blend the intelligence of the heart with that of the head, but they also allow us to have a range of perceptions and insights into the truth and essence of things that simply can't be accessed via intellectualism, cynicism, or the 'Chattering monkey' of our brains.
The following items are designed to be small thought contemplations about the wonder and mystery of the hidden causes behind life. They are subtle 'ancient wisdom' thought patterns that help one move toward forming an 'enchanted' connection with the universe rather than the cold, empty, lifeless one that modern science and culture have forced upon us.
The hidden geometry of the Universe
Thought: Is the universe really some giant cosmic accident? or is there some form of intelligence, purpose and meaning behind its origin and processes?
This short presentation shows some of the curious ratios and proportions of Sacred Geometry found in our solar system, along with unique visual perspectives of the size and scale of the universe. This includes the 'spiral' motion of the planets around the sun. The sound track is composed of the sounds emitted by Jupiter and recorded by the Voyager spacecraft as it traveled through the solar system.
Need a hand?
Thought: Is there an intelligent, organising, immaterial entity or 'soul' at the heart of the human system that keeps it alive and orchestrates all of it's vital functions?
Hold up your right hand and have a look at it for moment. Same old hand right? Well not really. The cells in our bodies are constantly dividing, regenerating, and dying, and each cell's life cycle is different. The cells lining the stomach, being exposed to acid, replace themselves about every five days. Skin cells last about a week. Red blood cells live for approximately four months in the body, while liver cells live about five. On the other end of the spectrum, some cells take much longer to regenerate, for example bone completely replaces all of it's cells around every ten years.
So all things considered, that is not the same hand you had fifteen years ago. Pretty much all of its constituent cells have been regenerated and replaced. Now here's the thing - you would never notice because those millions of different cells are all regenerated and replaced exactly in position to the most micro degree of fidelity.
"The DNA in the cells know how to do it!" Well, no, actually they don't. How they do this is still one of biology's greatest mysteries–they just don't like to talk about it much!
Science rediscovers the Web of Life
Thought: Where did the fundamental laws that govern everything in the entire universe originally come from?
Sir Martin Rees–the Royal Society Research Professor at Cambridge University–uses the ancient symbol of the Ouraborus to portray the principle of the far ranging interconnected ‘tunings’ that exist between everything in the universe. From subatomic particles and our own body cells all the way through to the structures of the furthest Galaxies.
The nature of our universe is remarkably sensitive to just six numbers, constant values that describe and define everything from the way atoms are held together to the amount of matter in our universe. If these values were “untuned” there could be no stars, no matter and no life.
By “untuned” we are talking about things like the value of E, which is 0.007 and defines how stars transmute hydrogen into all the atoms of the periodic table. If E were 0.006 or 0.008, we could not exist.

Portal to the stars
Thought: Were the ancients really ignorant, superstitious savages ruled by despotic egomanics making up fantastic stories about the after life because they so feared death and a meaningless existence? Although there have been many attempts to build structures using the same size blocks of stone and specifications as the great pyramid with the most advanced modern heavy machinery of the day, all attempts have been dismal failures.
Many sculptures from the Egyptian Old Kingdom period are carved from solid Diorite, which is one of the hardest and most difficult stones on earth to work with. Even modern, ‘hi-tech’ stonemasons would be hard pressed to shape such objects.
Christopher Dunn, an aerospace engineer has shown evidence of Basalt blocks, near the great pyramid with residue machine saw marks and other machining done with what could have only been diamond tipped drills.
This illustration from Tutankhamun's tomb shows star-power energy entering through the forehead of the pupal or mummiform Osiris, archetype of all humans. The word “star” also means “door” and, with the determinative for “walking” it meant 'passing through a star-door.'
Does it really make sense that a people could be so advanced in science, engineering and astronomy and yet be so wrong about life after death?

Consciousness - the greatest mystery
Thought: Can inert matter really assemble itself into a form that can then produce a living, self aware consciousness?
Consciousness is fundamental to all that we do. It goes with us all the time. Every sense experience, thought, action and interaction plays out in our field of consciousness. Yet after 400 years of research, science has been unable to examine it very deeply and certainly can't explain what it is.
The main problem is that the presence of consciousness can not be accounted for within the current materialist/ Newtonian paradigm and is therefore discounted as simply the result of chemical and neurological processes within the brain itself. This is referred to as an epiphenomenon, which means it is a side effect or by-product of brain function.
This is a lot like saying that your favourite TV programme is a by-product of the electricity passing through the television!
Is it not a little curious that after billions of years of the gradual development of organic life, that this 'consciousness' is the only thing on earth that can look out into the universe and search to understand the why and how of it all?
Power of the Mind - a practical guide
Thought: What is the origin of matter and the myriad of material forms throughout the universe?
Since the development of quantum physics in the 1920's it has been clear that what we perceive as hard, physical matter is essentially condensed or slowed down energy.
Ancient sacred science always held that the substance of the material worlds appeared through the 'word' or 'voice' of the Creator, a willful conscious ‘utterance’ whereby an energetic, vibratory transmission transcends into matter and form. This short video clip shows a fascinating array of some eerily familiar shapes of planets, galaxies and patterns in nature being 'formed' as small particles react to specific frequencies of sound being passed through them.
Getting a grip on the supernatural
Is science smarter than a dog?
Thought: Can mind and consciousness act outside of the physical body over distance?
Rupert Sheldrake is a Biologist who has gathered a mass of evidence over the last few decades and built the largest data base of evidence for telepathy and clairvoyance ever assembled. One of my favourite examples from his book “Dogs that know when their owners are coming home” relates the story of how the daughter of a family living in Wales had to leave home to board at College. When ever she got the chance she would phone home. There was no specific time or day when she would do this. However the family soon learned to know when she was going to call, because 10 minutes before the phone would ring they noticed that her pet dog would go and sit very close to the phone. It never did this for anyone else–only when it ‘knew’ she was going to call. Although in any other research project the statistics gathered in this study would be more than enough to prove the hypothesis, the problem here is that there is no known energy, wave length or component in the entire electromagnetic spectrum that can account for it. Hence once again science must reject things like telepathy and clairvoyance or change its outdated 'clockwork' model of the universe. Science rediscovers the Web of Life
Hi-tech natural engineering?
Thought: What is it that orchestrates the finely tuned balances of all the conditions we need for life?
Next time you are sitting at a table with a glass of water in front of you, take a moment to consider that the planet earth, with a mass of 1,000 trillion metric tons is also revolving at 1,670 kms per hour, whilst at the same time orbiting the sun at 108,000 kms per hour, as the entire solar system hurtles through space at 828,000 kms per hour. Yet there is not even the slightest ripple or vibration in that glass of water is there? everything stays perfectly still.
What kind of incredible engineering is this? There is no man made construction on earth that would come even close.
Also of course that glass of water–or h2o–is made up of two highly combustible gases! Yet everything we need to live is like that isn't it? - air, soil, water, sunshine, plants, minerals...all are somehow put together by nature just the way we need them.
Although the impression is often given that science has now attained 'mastery' over the processes of life–they simply have not–for it is one thing to genetically manipulate the DNA in living cells–but it is quite another to create them from scratch, let alone an entire life supporting planet.

The Universe is 99.99% plasma
Thought: If everything in the world is composed from only
4 states of matter, what is it that they themselves are derived from? Ancient wisdom held that everything in the world is composed of the 'elements' of Earth, Water, Air and Fire.
Modern science refers to these as the 4 states of matter; Solids, liquids, gases and 'plasma'. Plasma is a state of matter similar to gas in which a portion of the particles are ‘ionized’.
It is a highly charged, energetic substance. Lightening is an example of plasma, so are neon signs, fluorescent tubes and those novelty plasma balls. Our Sun and the Stars are also massive concentrations of plasma.
It is now known that 99.99% of the Universe is entirely composed of plasma. Science also agrees with the ancients that the other 3 'denser' states of matter are all derived from this plasma which is often called the first element.
The ancients also knew that there were in fact, 5 universal elements – the 5th being 'spirit' or the power, cause, and origin of the other 4.
It shouldn't be too long now before the emerging new, science is able to verify this ancient truth as well.

The Universe grows like a giant brain...
Thought: Is the Universe a living entity and if so does it have conscious awareness?
Science reports suggest that some previously undiscovered, fundamental laws may govern the growth of systems large and small, from the electrical firing between brain cells and growth of social networks to the expansion of galaxies.
Years earlier a project utilising all the computing power of a U.S. College computer department, spent months processing the data available to determine exactly how Dark Matter was distributed throughout the Universe. Eventually an image emerged of an exquisite vine like structure of ‘filaments’ that functioned as a ‘framework’ to the formation and growth of the Universe. (Top left)
Where the filaments converge as ‘bright spots’ in this network, are where Galaxies form. Our own Milky Way Galaxy is a convergence point of these lines of invisible ‘matter’–which suggests that everything within the galaxy must also be connected with similar ‘filaments’, including our solar system, it’s planets and all living things within it’s sphere.
Note the striking similarity with the second image below, of a section of our own human brains neural network patterning.
